Sugarcane Fibre (sugar removed)
We take fresh cane, wash it to remove the sugar and grind it under little heat to capture all the goodness. The sugarcane we process and use is high quality. It is an insoluble fibre that contains micronutrients and antioxidants.
Pectin
Commonly used in the making of jams and preserves, pectin is a little known naturally derived soluble fibre. It helps to balance the insoluble sugarcane fibre in NutriKane R while also adding micronutrient value.
Apple, Lemon & Lime Powders
Combined, these minor ingredients add further nutrient value and give NutriKane R an enjoyable fruity taste.

Ingredients
NutriKane R contains a combination of high quality pectin, soluble and insoluble fibres, antioxidants and essential minerals, all in bioavailable forms to body needs to assist regularity.
Benefits
To date no clinical trials have been performed to show differences. Each clinical trial contained a mix of ethnicities and positive outcomes were consistently observed.
NutriKane R utilises a complex combination of effects in the gut to keep you regular. It:
- stimulates the intestinal wall
- provides micronutrients to feed the cells of the gut
- promotes a healthy microbiome
The effects of NutriKane R vary person to person. Some people may see results within just a few days
Use
NutriKane R is designed to be taken with water. It can also be mixed with fruit juice or smoothies. It can be taken with yoghurt where the fibre component is not detectable. It can also be sprinkled on cereals.
It won’t take long to dissolve. However, NutriKane R will not fully dissolve as it contains soluble and insoluble fibres, which is a key ingredient that benefits gut health.
Not necessary but is recommended as it lowers the GI of a meal.
For best results, we recommend the following:
- Ages 12+: 1 rounded scoop (14 g) every day alongside a meal.
- Children aged 5-12 yrs: A half scoop per day taken alongside a meal.
- Not recommended for children under 5 years of age.

NutriKane is available in tubs, which are recyclable.
NutriKane is safe for all ages. However, it’s not usually needed by children and so we don’t recommend it for children under 5.
It is not a chemical laxative or a simple bulking agent.
This is normal and usually a very positive health benefit!
