We carefully analyse the nutritional content and medical value of all our ingredients and combine them in such a way as to create targeted 'Food as Medicine' therapies for specific conditions.
Dosages for all NutriKane products are established using the standard pharmaceutical process of 'Dose Response Curves' and identified scientifically to be effective for 85% of the population.
Ongoing Testing & Research
We test our products with a similar rigour to a pharmaceutical company developing new drugs. We have data from over 10 years of research and trials with more research underway.

We strive to maximise the Australian content in our product range and to obtain raw materials otherwise lost to the food system. Extracta, our key supplier, has recently won two grovernment grants for its commitment to work in sustainability via its process to upcycle raw foods.

I develop the NutriKane products. I know that Food-as-Medicine has a very important role today in helping people improve their health and stay healthy. Many of the Chronic conditions on the rise today can be prevented, reduced and even cured by people understanding and eating the right foods as part of a diet and exercise regime.
Food-as-Medicine is basically about eating a food than contains a known nutritional value in a serve or dose that has been shown to work in improving health. A simple concept, yet hard to actually do using the foods available in their raw form presented in a supermarket/market or in a meal. Many fresh fruits and vegetables lose their nutritional value. What is stated on the packaging is often not what is contained in the product when eaten. Food supplements supply vitamins and nutrients to the body in simple and overly concentrated forms which are often not absorbed well in the way natural foods are. What we do with NutriKane is provide foods with a known nutritional value, in a serve that has been shown to be effective, that interacts with the gut and microbiome as a food to do what we say on the tub.
I have designed and obtained regulatory approval for 41 products in the food, medical device, bioanalytical and pharmaceutical areas. I hold a PhD from the University of New South Wales (2002) and have been recognised as a Visiting Fellow of Macquarie University and the Queensland University of Technology.
